Antonio. In a dark theater, with Antonio. Your heart sped up just thinking about it. Your face gained a slight red color. Thankfully the theater was too dark for anyone to notice, especially Antonio.
You shifted in your seat slightly and looked down a bit. You decided to take a quick glance up at him. When you did, you found he was looking at you. You darted your eyes to the right to try and avoid his gaze while even more of a blush rose on your cheeks. You hoped he didn’t see your eyes quickly change the way they went, but he did.
“Something up, _________?” He asked, smiling.
“Oh, n-nothing!” You quickly responded.
“Oh, okay.” He said, returning his attention to the screen.
Both of you sat there in an awkward silence. You were staring at the quiet screen, expecting something to happen very soon. Then, out of nowhere, all the cupboards on screen flew open and half of the theater broke out screaming. Alfred’s scream could be heard above all the others. You jumped a bit, but didn’t pull an Alfred.
Antonio leaned over to you and whispered in your ear, “God, Al sure screams like a girl, huh?”
“Pffffff, yeah!” You giggled.
Someone a few seats away from you turned around and shushed you. You put your hand over your mouth to silence the laughs and prevent another outburst of them. Then, unexpectedly, something happened in the movie that scared everyone shitless, including you. The scare caught you off guard and made you scream at the top of your lungs. You instinctively grabbed Antonio’s arm as if it would protect you. Antonio looked at you and laughed at you lightly.
You pouted at him laughing and puffed up your cheeks. “Not funny Antonio!” You growled.
Antonio just laughed a bit more at this. “Aw, come on! It was a little funny!” He smiled.
His smile was so sweet and adorable that you couldn’t stay mad for long. Your frown loosened into a small smile as you looked up.
Suddenly you realized that you were still holding onto his arm. You blushed a bit and looked down as you started removing your hands from his arm. But you felt something stop them. You looked back up straight into Antonio’s eyes as he held one of your hands on his arm.
“C-can you keep your hands there for a little while longer please?” He stuttered.
A deep blush rose on your face as you gave him a questioning look. “U-ummmm, T-Toni?” You stammered.
“_________, there’s something I’ve wanted to tell you something for a long time now.” He said in a shaky yet serious voice.
There was a pause. You swallowed and nodded as if to tell him he could go on.
“_________, T-te amo.”
Your eyes widened in shock at his words. Had he really just said that? You have an idonteven moment in your head before flinging your arms around his neck and pulling him into a big hug. He gladly wraps his arms around you and hugs back. You push away from him only for a second, enough time to press your lips onto his. Antonio’s heart sped up, not expecting this. He slowly kissed back and moved his hands from just around you to around your waist, pulling you in closer to deepen the kiss.
Both of you were in pure bliss for another ten seconds before breaking for air. You didn’t let go of Antonio, you just rested your head on his shoulder, smiling.
“Te amo Toni.” You said quietly.
He smiled, as did you and you held each other close.
Then out of the blue, a straight up mood killer, a wolf whistle came from a few rows down. Straight from Alfred’s mouth. You rolled your eyes and mouthed ‘fuck you’ to Alfred.
“What an ass.” Antonio stated.
“Yeah. I wonder if he’ll blab about this to the others.” You said almost worriedly.
“Who cares if anyone else finds out. As long as I have you.” He smiled, pressing his nose into your soft hair.
You sighed happily, leaning your head into Antonio’s shoulder and watching the rest of the movie with him, fingers entwined.
