You walked out onto the deck and sat on the Thousand Sunny's soft grass, falling backwards onto it and sighing deeply. The day was clear, beautiful, and warm. Laying there in your shorts and crop top felt like heaven. You could fall asleep any minute. A great day on the Straw Hat pirate's ship.

You, your name is _______, and you're indeed with the idiotic, but awesome Straw Hat pirate crew. You had an extremely smart-assed attitude, threw amazing punches, and you were on hell of a marksman. You had to compete with Usopp a lot. Almost everyday. Him being the main shooter and on a crew with at least one person that is always looking for a challenge, you were forced into competition a lot. It always resulted in a tie, no matter what. He was real hard to beat. Especially since you had a little "thing" for him. You had no idea why, but you were always attracted to the weird ones. You couldn't help it though. Your hormones were like "YAY!" and you were like "NAY!" but you soon agreed with them and it was all like "WOOOO!"

"Soon. I can tell someone's gonna come running out, screaming for another match up." You sighed.

"_______!!" Someone yelled.

"Yup. Someone wants me to shoot shit again."

"We found a good place for another shoot off! You and Usopp! NOW!" They yelled.

You sat up on the grass and looked over to where the voice was coming from. It was Luffy calling you, bouncing all over the place and pointing to an island.

"Do I have too?" You whined, falling back down.

"YEA! I want you too!" Luffy yelled.

"Noooooo." You groaned.

"HEY! Why said I was going to do this?! I'm busy! Get off me!" Usopp complained as he was being dragged out on deck by Chopper.

"C'mon! It'll be fun!" Chopper said.

"Hey man! You not up for this either?" You said, waving your hand.

"What? You mean she won't compete?!" Chopper asked, astonished.

"That's EXACTLY what I mean." You said bluntly, crossing your arms above your head. "I'm not doin' shit,"

"There, see? She doesn't want to do it either. Now stop pushing!" Usopp said.

"Awwwww, you guys suck! I wanna break the tie!" Luffy whined.

"Dude, Usopp was the marksman before I even showed up, making him better. Just cause I can shoot shit doesn't mean you have to throw me into competition everyday. You think I can replace him or something?" You asked smartly.

"We just wanna see who's better!" Chopper said.

"Does it matter?"

"YEAH!" Luffy and Chopper said together.

You felt the boat dock at the island they were talking about.

"We've docked, right?" You asked.

"Yeah..." Luffy said.

"Good. Now go." You said bluntly.

"What?" Chopper asked, confused.

You shot up into a sitting position with a black and red slingshot that you seemed to pull from nowhere.. "GIT OUTTA HERE! BEGON!" You yelled, shooting rapid fire at only Luffy and Chopper.

They screamed and ran, practically jumping off the boat and dashing off. You put the slingshot away and sighed, flipping back down on you stomach to relax.

"Jeez, I've never seen you shoot rapid fire like that before!" Usopp said, amazed.

"Hey, don't piss me off and you won;t get hurt." You said, sitting back up with a devious grin.

Usopp laughed and jumped down to you. "Were they seriously gonna push us into another shoot off?" He asked, sitting down next to you.

"Yeah. Chopper dragged you, Luffy wouldn't shut up, they were gonna try their hardest." You nodded.

"Hey! You two! You're on ship duty!" Nami said, leaning over the railing.

"Aye aye, craptin." You said sarcastically, saluting her.

Usopp held in his laughter. Nami was looking pissed now, and you were also trying your best to keep a straight face. She narrowed her eyes and glared at the two of you before walking off. When you were sure she was gone, you and Usopp let out a fit of giggles.

"I'm such a dick!" You laughed.

"She's gonna come back at you sometime!" Usopp said through laughs.

"Nah, I'll be fine. Le rapid fire slingshot here." You said.

"Ooo, that sounds harsh!"

"I'll miss on purpose though. Can't lose our navigator. If we did, we;d be as lost as Zoro in a town full of signs!" You said.

"True, true!" Usopp agreed.

"Jeez, so what do we do? I'm bored!" You whined.

"I dunno. Everyone's buggered off and somewhere out there. Probably deep in the jugle, trying to find treasure."

"Maybe we SHOULD have a shoot off." You said.

"I thought you didn't wanna have one?" Usopp said.

"Yeah, but no one's around right now. We can make our own rules up as we go without the pressure of everyone else!" You said cheerfully.

"Well, now that I think about it, why not? We'll make up winner and loser conditions too!"

"Sweet! So, challenges... lets do one cannon challenge, one slingshot one, a moving target, catching your own shot, and shooting onto something." You suggested.

"Yosh! We use those ideas!" Usopp agreed.

"Now, winners conditions. If I win, you have to be my entertainer and come when I call for a whole day!" You said, grinning.

"Hmmm... lemme think." Usopp pondered.

He sat there and thought hard. It had to benefit him and he wanted it to be perfect. Then, it hit him. He would take advantage of this to try and get something he has secretly wanted for a bit.

"Okay. If I win, you have to kiss me!" He said.

"WHAT?! You yelled, falling backwards.

The thought of him winning made you blush slightly. You weren't sure if you wanted to win or lose.

"O-okay, lets get started then!" You stuttered, getting up and grabbing your slingshot.

He nodded and got up, heading to the front of the ship to start the shoot off.

You slowly walked up to the front of the ship, thinking about the bet.

"Jesus balls. I don;t even know if I want to win or lose! Did he honestly say that? Like does he really... nah, just messing with me probably. Gotta win to save myself from embarrassment." You thought, still blushing slightly.

When you reached the front, Usopp was already waiting there, arms crossed with his slingshot.

"So, you ready to start the challenge?" Usopp asked.

"Hah, bring it on!" You said, half nervous and half competitively.

You started with the slingshot challenges. For shooting at something, you chose some fruit on a tree that was a fair distance away. Usopp shot first and hit it dead centre. You shot and the whole fruit fell from the tree because you hit the stem holding it there.

Round 1 goes to you.

For moving target, a flock of birds were flying around. Though it seemed mean, you still took aim at them. When you shot, one of the birds squawked and plummeted to the ground. When Usopp shot, no bird fell. He actually missed!

Round 2 goes to you.

Catching your own shot was next. At the same time, you and Usopp shot straight up into the air. You both had cups on your heads, running around like idiots when your shots came into view. Usopp successfully caught his, but you missed. Your shot bounced across the deck away from you.

Round 3 goes to Usopp.

"Hey! Let's do the cannon challenges now!" You said, running over to a cannon.

"Okay then!" Usopp said, coming after you.

"Alright, I get first shot. We gotta hit... those rocks over there!" You exclaimed, pointing to a couple tall rocks.

You took aim at one of them and fired. Your aim was perfect and blew the whole thing up, leaving only the bottom with a small crater in its structure.

"Beat THAT!" You smirked, crossing your arms.

Usopp narrowed his eyes and stared at the structure. He then aimed the cannon slightly up and fired. What he had done was shoot nearly straight up, firing the ball in the rocks direction. It landed right in the middle of the crater you created and smashed a perfect hole straight down. This got him to win the challenge, and the one where you shoot into something, resulting in him winning the competition, 3-2.

"I think I win _______." Usopp said, grinning.

"No. Way." You said, jaw dropping to the floor.

"I win, which means you have to follow the conditions we agreed to."

Your blush returned to your face, realizing what you had to do. Cocky bastard! How did he have the balls to say that? You still couldn't tell if he was picking on you or if he was serious.

"Do I seriously have to?" You asked nervously, looking down.

"Yep. You lost. Can't back out now."

You didn't know what to do or what to say. He was frickin serious. It's not that you didn't want to, well, you kinda did and kinda didn't... but it was so awkward! You were nervous too. But you had to. Still holding your slingshot, you walked closer to him. Your blush increasing, you looked up at him. You noticed that he was blushing a bit too. Trying to look strong and not as nervous as you, you guessed. But you STILL had to do it. Just to get it over with, you shut your eyes and quickly kissed him on the cheek and backed away, looking down again. Maaaaaaaajor blush.

"T-there! I did what you asked!" You stuttered, looking away.

Something you didn't expect was that Usopp started laughing. It sounded nervous, but he was still laughing.

"What's so funny you ass?"

"You really do have shitty aim." He said.

"The hell does that mean?" You asked.

"You missed." He said, leaning down ton you and kissing you on the lips.

Well, that was unexpected. He had some guts to do that. You were caught completely off guard and your eyes widened in shock. The shock you got caused you to nearly fall backwards, but he caught you and he was now leaning into the kiss. Hell, it was practically a dip. You could tell he was damn serious about it too. He wasn't letting up on the kiss at all. When you finally calmed down, you gave in and kissed back since you knew he probably wouldn't give up. You felt unstable, so you used it as an excuse to take your arms and put them around him. While the kiss lasted, it was nice, since you've secretly wished for this for a long time. When he pulled away from you, he looked down at you with a smile that held slight confusion.

"I'm surprised you kissed back." Usopp said.

You scoffed. "I'm surprised you kissed at all, you bloody chicken. And I'm surprised you're not trembling either."

"Ha! The great Captain Usopp always has the guts to do anything!"

"So, you like me. Obviously. How long?" You asked with a smirk and a raised eyebrow.

"... About since... since the first time you came aboard when we had Merry." Usopp admitted. "Especially when you showed off your skill with shooting."

"Huh... That's about the same time for me too, actually." You said.

"R-really?"

"Yup, Now can I stand up please?" You asked.

"Oh, right!" Usopp said, letting you stand.

"Y'know, you're an asshole." You said.

"What? WHY?!" Usopp yelled.

"Because! You didn't tell me! You have no idea how long I've wanted that to happen." You pouted. "You must've been nervous."

"O-OI! The great Usopp is NEVER nervous!"

You laughed at him and nearly fell again. No, scratch that. You did fall over, yet you still laughed on. Usopp stared at you and shook his head.

"Oi, oi, I can't be that scared if I was the one to kiss you." He said. "And that's not really claiming my prize if I had to do it myself, miss blushed a lot!"

You kicked your foot out and tripped him, bringing him down to you. You then jumped on him and looked down at him.

"How's this for shitty aim?" You asked, kissing him yourself.

On de floor baby. You went from being a blush machine to a cocky little bitch in five minutes. Really, you're friggin on top of him, kissing him. It should be the other way around. Well, it ended up that way when Usopp flipped you. Guess he was more of a man than you thought. But all that mattered right now was this moment. Finally. No matter how weird he was, or what others thought if him, you got your wish. To be with him. Now, to hope that everyone else stays the hell off the ship for a while.
